AUDEN REMODELING

Commissioned to design a 1,500 square foot two story addition, Albarran Architects drew inspiration from the spacious rear yard and the existing big oak tree. On the first floor we redesigned the entire rear spaces – kitchen, dining room, and family room to be open to one another with views of the rear yard, and the spaces with natural light. The second floor addition was designed to accommodate a new master suite – master bedroom, master bath, and spacious master closet filled with natural light. The interior design is traditional but with clean lines and edges. Albarran Architects provided full Design + Build Services.
