Located withing an existing house, we completely redesigned two existing small, narrow, and dark interior spaces – a kitchen and master bath. In the kitchen we removed a few interior walls and an existing kitchen peninsula, which blocked the flow of the kitchen to the breakfast room. The result is a kitchen which overlooks the rearyard pool and allows natural light to filter into the space.

In the master bath, we took an existing space and made it more efficient also by eliminating a few interior walls and relocating existing plumbing fixtures. The result is a vibrant modern space defined by clean, crisp lines.
