The person who designs your home leads the build
A design is full of decisions made for a reason: a ceiling height, a sightline, the way two rooms meet.
When the architect who made those decisions also leads construction, they survive into the finished room.
What gets drawn is what gets built.
Nothing has to be carried from one firm to another, and nothing gets quietly resolved on site by someone who wasn’t part of the design.
